Shipping & Returns

Absolutely no returns on Accessories, Cosmetics, Shoes, Sale Items, Hair, and Items purchased on Kid Adventures. We accept EXCHANGES on clothing items only; NO REFUNDS will be given. Exchanges or store credit will be given. Clothing exchanges must occur within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. We do not make exceptions to this policy. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 – 72 hours, pending availability and credit card verification. We ship via USPS.  All options are provided via checkout.  *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*
